I am teaching 3rd and 4th ELAR classes next year. Do you have any great apps or sites that help your students reflect on their reading? Thanks for sharing!

One thing that could be done for reflections and further thinking on books is having the students write a blog that summarizes a section of the book, tells about a character, gives a recommendation about the book, or answer any range of questions that you raise about their particular book. There are some free sites that offer this, such as kidblog.org, and are self contained (no outside comments) with you being the moderator.

Great idea! Thanks for the help.
