Edubloggers - How to add Students

Hi,
I'm having trouble adding student users to my Edublogger account. Is there a way to do it without spending $2000?? Is there a good alternative? I like the fact that students can design their own pages, teachers can manage comments, it's easy to add pictures and videos. I need advice. Thanx!!
