Converting to Live@edu from FirstClass

My school is beginning the transition process of FirstClass to Live@Edu.  The major issue for my faculty and staff is going to be losing conferences on FirstClass.  Anyone out there made the conversion and have tips they can share?  Alternatively, anyone using Live@Edu, or already using Outlook in their school and can share how group communications are shared?
