can november be california's greatest collaboration month ever

By the internetwork learning goals my father and I mapped 24 years ago, California as undisputed epicentre of the internet has nonetheless been a slow developer on what we thought needed most knowledge foci including ending poverty

November could be the month that the network generation decides to leave the 00s as decade of follies grandeur and changes out of sight and I do so hope that CA links all its collaboration opportunities to do so. Can you add some collaboration celebrations to the big 2 I know of:
