I am doing my Master's Degree in Technology Education. I am doing a research about the best software available that is user friendly and easy for students to use to make videos using pictures, audio, and music. I chose this particular area because I believe videos are a great way for students to demonstrate their knowledge in a meaningful way, and I do not know much about this particular technology. I would love to receive comments about those teachers who have experienced this and what has worked better for them concerning to videos. The help will be appreciated.

I have used several programs, and students have been successful with all of them:
Windows movie maker
IPad
Flickr
Xtranormal.com
Flip cameras

In regards to what makes this successful, I make the objectives clear, grade using rubrics, and give students freedom to choose the type of project they want, as long as it falls within guidelines, expectations, rubrics, and is appropriate.
