Anyone have experience with SchoolCenter.com?

My district is looking for a comprehensive web solution for our school district. I have researched http://www.schoolcenter.com and http://www.schoolwires.com/. If anyone has utilized either of these services or worked with a similiar content management type service, I would really appreciate hearing about your experience.
