Web Based Grades Program

Hi, I have been searching for an effective web based grades program to use as a communication tool as a means of supplying parents with secure easy access to their childrens progress. I was first intrigued by engrade and found it had all of the features I was looking for and was free to use. I am a little weary about using a web based grades hosting program from a privacy perspective but the securities built into engrade are impecable and It has been suggested that they rival most in the education field. I was about to put engrade to use last month when I decided I should seek permission to ensure I wasn't violating any privacy policies put in place by my employer. The response I received was disappointing. I live in Canada, and Engrade is a US based company. My employer prohibits the use of US based web hosting services for personal information, and eventhough Engrade is extremely secure I am unable to avail of the service being provided. For all of the US teachers on this forum I would suggest that Engrade would be worth checking out. However does anyone know of a Canadian web based grades hosting service that might be comparable to the service being offered by Engrade.
