Removing Microsoft from laptop and installing on desktop

Since Microsoft charges an arm and a leg for help, I'm hoping someone can tell me the answer to this question. I have Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 installed on 2 laptops. I would like to take it off one of the laptops and install it on a new desktop. Any help would be appreciated.
