Professional Development - A convenient place/directory.

Hi everyone,

I've been working on a much needed Professional Development place on EFL Classroom 2.0

A lot about language teaching but also A LOT for regular teachers, including what I consider the best links to sites for training in educational technology.

Please take a look - dozens of prof. development videos in a handy player. Like here, you have to register but it is worth the minute or so. Further, do you know of any ESSENTIAL sites for professional development (free or mostly?).
