Systemic Solution Options

There is Blackboard and Moodle. Are there any other tools out there that could be used school/school district wide that take a holistic approach to introducing web2.0 into education? What it should include is all (or most of) the regulars: wikis, blogs, IM, profiles, networking, bookmarking, etc.
