ESL programs in our districts

Hello, I am a new ESL Coordinator. If anybody has fresh ideas and what works for them let me know. I have a good place to start, but I want the program to be the best it could absolutely be. Anything will benefit me. Classroom management skills, standaraized testing, general assessments, and even organization of paperwork. Please send your ideas my way.

I like to have my state's ELD standards bookmarked, and even stored locally. I tried to find the ones for AR, but they weren't obviously available. If you want some comparative info, here are the ones from Cali: http://www.cde.ca.gov/be/st/ss/documents/englangdevstnd.pdf

Get together not just with teachers but ELL teachers online because there are some different considerations with ELLs.
