Seeking African HEI Partners

The School of Languages at Rhodes University with Elearning 4 Africa has developed a project: Publish and Thrive - see www.elearning4africa.com we launched in Sept 2007.

We are hoping with Middlesex University to submit a proposal for the attached project and are now seeking partners (HEI) across Africa.

We were wondering if you could pass on this request to anyone in your network who knows of an HEI that may be intersted in being a pratner.

We have a meeting next week at MDX Uni and it would be great to have a few more African partners.
