Help with Smartboard issue

I am the instructional Tech Coach for our district. In our Middle School, we have 2 mobile smartboards that can be signed out. I have repeatedly walked past a teacher's room who signs it out to see it not being used as a Smartboard at all. I know this because the screen isn't aligned to the board (crooked) and it isn't sized correctly either. She has lessons up created with the smart software, but what she is doing requires only a projector.

I have trained this teacher before, and she seemed pretty confident.

How do I address this? Should I address this? It wouldn't be a big deal if we had more boards, but we don't. Help!!
