There is evidence of constant innovation and changing approaches to provission of online services. while close attention has been given to the issue of functionality of e-learning systems, the technical orientation and integration and cost savings as well as the management, there seem to be a no detailed or extensive attention given to the problem of delievery, accessibility, and usability in a pedagogical context.
Every individual objectively differs in their understanding and approach to different learning environment. The key issue is how these systems can be able to deliver the content and meet the specific requirements of the individual. How can these systems replace the role played by the teacher in a traditional teaching environment, in dealing with specific needs of the learner, (student). How can we evaluate these systems with a view to provide solutions to the problem, given that there are three levels of activities (the teacher, the technology and the learner).
