Event Description

Bipolar & The Holidays, Interactive tele-call Tuesday, December 1st for everyone in the Bipolar Community, Family Friends, Spouses, Caregivers, coworkers, volunteers and more.

Additional Details:

The holidays can be tricky for anyone. But for people with bipolar disorder anticipation of the holidays may come with real dread and depression. So what should someone with bipolar disorder & their spouses do when the holidays roll around? Hibernate?

During December's Tele-Call you will be talking with Marcy Rubin CPC, LPP and Kathleen Hennessey-Buchanan CPC, ELI-MP. They will share their personal views being afflicted and affected, tips on avoiding depression and mood swings, how to plan a head, ways to cope with stress, enjoying the season, and more.

If you can not make the call please take a moment to share tips and resources we can pass along. Thank you for supporting a life changing illness like bipolar.
