Hi, I'm new to Classroom 2.0 and I look forward to connecting here with other educators.  I became connected to this site after spending a day with Kevin Honeycutt at a technology workshope in Montana.

I have a question: does anyone have any great ideas for lessons and/or websites to help teach my fourth graders about the continents?

Thanks, Connie

Here is my geography pages that I have collected over the years. I teach in New York but I am sure you can find something useful for your students. http://www.diigo.com/user/dcraig/geography
Thanks Dave!  Geography is wonderfully universal, no?  Looking forward to checking it all out.
Great set of links Dave - thanks. I really liked the National Atlas site and World Legend locations.

Great links David! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Ian.  What is SMART Notebook?

Thanks Ian.  We have Interwrite boards at my school, will this software work on them as well?  Or on an iPad and then I can project it?

Thanks Ian!
