From all the good feedbacks I received after Janet and I presented our teaching slide, there was one that really got my attention. One of my colleagues said that it was really when I told the students that they need to speak louder and clear, in order for the rest to be able to listen what were they saying. He also point out that was a great love to move to one of the corners of the class and standing next to one of the students that was complaining about not being able to hear to make sure that the other student was loud enough for me to hear. Following that, I also told the students the they need to raise the tone of voice because the rest of the class can also learn from each other. I do believe that this is very important because it could help students to create bonds with each other, as well as to create or to improve the learning atmosphere in the classroom. Students would pay more attention when one of his/her classmates is answering a question, writing on the board or asking a question because they could also have the same issue.

From the advises I received, I agree when someone told me that I need to be careful with the words I use while teaching. Sometimes I take for granted that my students know every single word, or at least words that I believe are easy for them to guess. For this reason I believe I should definitely focus on that, because this could make learning a new language for my students even hard that what it is already. It also could confuse them, which could to discourage then from learning. It also could students could be shy or afraid to ask because their would fear what the teacher or the rest of the class reply.
