Brian,

I have developed a website that allows teachers to create interactive review games for their students. Check out www.bubbabrain.com to get a better understanding on how the software works. Teachers can get a screen name and password by emailing braintem@bubbabrain.com.

Summer is almost here!!

Hi Brian. I was wondering if your students would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. If not, perhaps you have some educator contacts you could direct me to. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Jacinta, I am looking for middle school students (classroom) to collaborate on a joint "20 question" project, each class sending messages on a wiki to each other- sharing something about where they live, how they live, their lives and friends, photos, video and cumulate by having the other class make a guess as to where the class is from. Any contacts or ideas for me? Thanks! Alison Denver Colorado US

Hey Brian,

Would love to collaborate on some ideas, especially in regards to putting technology to work for smaller schools. In a larger metro area, the challenge may not present itself the way it does in some of the smaller, less populated areas...but always good to dig and see what can happen!

Hello From Kansas. We're trying to start our own tech revolution here at the Education Service Center. Always interested in learning how others are integrating technology into classrooms...especially in different areas.

Brian - Doing more than I ever anticipated. I try my best to work on media literacy and collaboration using delicious, diigo (love this tool), wikis, online whiteboards, and Sheryl Neussbaum Beach just introduced me to Elluminate. Students blog, research with blogs, and podcast assignments. Currently, I teach economics and have learning teams of four to five students, design a team wiki, based on a specific problem solving issues surrounding Global Warming (usually with an economic slant). The teams are to utilize delicious and diigo to collaborate in their research. They formalize their findings and produce a white paper which they either post to their wiki, a blog, or podcast using audacity. Rather large scale, but I am finding in my fits of experimentation, that these assignments are much more engaging and authentic. Would love to hear your ideas and thoughts on how you are implementing these technologies.

Hi Brian -
I work for Neil in a role similar to yours, only on a district level. I have family in Rochester and am always looking to expand my professional network. Would love to share thoughts and ideas.

Hi Brian. I'm in Salisbury right now. To see what we're up to visit mahc.wikispaces.com and twitter.com/mahetc2007 (make sure to click With Others). We're having a great time. Too bad you're not here. :( Let me know if there's anything I can do to help the "cause" in your area.

Hi Brian,
I'm a displaced Rochesterain. Superintendent in a suburb of Buffalo now. In fact from the district that your D.S. Dr. Willie worked for several years. Glad to see the Web 2.0 thing moving into schools your way.
