Wave has made friends of kids who were strangers. Started great dialogue. Has kids piosting big questions and then has a kid to kid response most of the time as they share theri experience or knowledge. We keep getting 'word' that they are shutting wave down. Have you heard anything? with

Thanks Box. I got an invite today and it was either you or that button I pushed weeks ago.
Hi, Box i live in New York and am currently studying to become an elementary school teacher. I would like to learn about new technologies and how they are being used in the classroom. What types of technologies do you use? What do you like or dislike about them. Your feedback would be helpful. Thanks
Glad to meet you and looking forward collaborating with you on Google Wave. (I am also insanely jealous - we love the people and the culture of the carribbean. O.K. and the snow-free weather too! Haven't been to Dominican Republic, although my husband has been to Haiti.)
Certainly Hughes are common in Anguilla and I know many of them personally...but it would be difficult if I do not have the first name...which you can message me later. I can have someone do some leads.
Hi Box...it will be certainly good to network to find out more about your family. Do you visit Anguilla often? We have a thriving Spanish speaking community in Anguilla. Descendants of those who came to Dominican Republic.
Hi Box,will you be interested to contribute a book chapter of your teaching experience. Please visit my profile for the book chapter invitation.

With your interest in Web 2.0, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
