I'd recommend contacting Joe Fatheree, an award winning film maker and teacher. His e-mail address is fatheree@frontiernet.net. He coordinates a student film festival every spring in southern Illinios. Good luck.
This looks interesting. I'll let some classes know about it.
Just curious -- what kind of license is your content under? CC? (As you might know, we have a completely public domain dictionary and glossary builder at http://dictionary.k12opened.com. There might be a tie-in to this.)
I won't be able to do it with my class because I teach 4th grade, however, I will pass this along to some of the teachers I train that teach upper grades. Thanks for the invite.
Hi Jack,
This is very interesting and I will pass the URl onto the high school principal, but our kids don't go to a brick and mortar building. They learn from home, and lots of our kids are below poverty level. Thanks Again.

This contest is a super idea. I will pass the information along to a couple of middle school and high school teachers that I think would be interested in sharing this with students. Thanks!
The students at our school do not take the SAT, they take the ACT. And of the 18 seniors only eight of them have taken it this year. I will let our Guidance Counselor know about the contest.
I've sent it to the teachers in my school district grades k-12. We'll see what response we can get. I will open it up to my students. The sample video was great.
Hi Jack. Thanks for asking. It seems like a great idea and I sent it out to my colleagues at Litife to try to find those who are interested! Good Luck- Patty
Jack,
I have a couple of great English teachers with students who might be interested in this idea. I'll check with them, and, if they are interested, I'll get them your info. Thanks!

Hi Jack - the project is excellent! Really love it. Unfortunately, I can not think of any contacts I have that could feed into it, but I am one of many at the Smithsonian. I might recommend that you post some info about it to the Smithsonian Education page on Facebook. Many of the educators at SI are on that page and someone might bite.
Jack,
My students take the ACT here in Green Bay...in fact they're taking it this weekend. I'm at a Private high school and don't have a lot of public school contacts in the area.
Sounds like a fantastic idea/contest, but my students are PreK through 5th grade. A little young to take the SAT :)
I will pass along the link to a couple of high school educators I know, though. As well as the gifted teachers in my school!
