I've written curriculum for several books, you can find links on my website http://adifferentplace.org. I've also done 5 online books discussions using Moodle. You can see some posts about the discussions here http://anotsodifferentplace.blogspot.com. Let me know if you need more info.

Has anyone read Eager? I'm getting ready to read it to see if it'll be a good fit for a Robotics unit in the fall.
I'm in the middle of listening to the audio book A Drowned Maiden's Hair (so don't give any spoilers) and I'm really intrigued by the two main characters (protagonist/antagonist). If you haven't read it, I know the title sounds awfully morbid, but get past that--it's a really good read! Check it out on Amazon.com.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has used this book with kids either as a read aloud or as a class read or literature circle read? If so, please reply and let me know what you did and the reactions from your kiddos.

BTW...
Please, if you haven't already, take the time to reply to the INTRODUCTIONS forum in our group and introduce yourself. We want to get to know you. Thanks!
