I have posted students in video and student's create and post videos. We have media release forms and naturally exclude students with specified limitations. My students are not to use their names. As with most issues of student internet use, we are likely far too cautious and exaggerate the dangers.

I agree with the policy for the media relaese form (sometimes called a waiver). It is just a smart insurance policy and standard procedure in the professional end of the industry.<br />

It's a district requirement for teachers to have signed by parents for their students. No form, no picture--period. It's wise to have our teachers covered for those just-in-cases!
