Hello everyone!

After five years of middle-school teaching in an urban setting, I have decided to pursue my love for educational technology and have applied for an eLearning Technology Specialist position. My background is that of a science teacher who uses technology in her classroom. Can you help me prepare for the interview? What kind of questions would one typically ask for an eLearning Technology Training Specialist position?

I would offer to prepare a 10-15 demo staff PD (on a tool/strategy) that you could deliver for the panel. Prepare some responses to how you deal with a teacher caseload, if you will be coaching individual teachers. I would also prepare to talk about Technology Use plans for the district or how you would help to develop those. I am a classroom teacher turned technology instructional coach and my classroom tech usage transferred so well! You will do great. Good luck
