Interested in finding free to access resources for teachers of ICT on the net

Hi. I am interested to learn of any interesting resources on the net for training teachers in ICT etc.? I would also like to have a look at any flash based resources you can think of.
We are currently on the look out for resources for a platform called ALISON.

I really like Russell's site. A lot about EFL / ESL teaching but some really nice flash stuff for ICT training.....

I mentioned before Andrew Field's site of quizzes to assess ict knowledge. has some too....

There are plenty on especially if you use Camtasia (my computer can't live without it).

WiZiQ is a free online virtual classroom platform that is pretty easy to use and doesn't require any downloads or installations. It has audio/video features and the ability to upload any form of content (word, pdf, excel, PPT etc...).
