 y different arenas - as a technologist and technology manager in semic
 onductor technology, as an internal entrepreneur creating the first in
 dependent business unit within IBM, and as a cultural change agent dev
 eloping a more creative and innovative culture. Since retiring from IB
 M he has been consultant as a business futurist with programs in creat
 ivity and innovation. He is the founding president of the Central Texa
 s Chapter of the World Future Society . And he is the founder of the I
