  what about the teachers? Nings are “professional” networking spac
 es for educators … not only in your backyard … but with connection
 s across the world … a community of learning! Blogs and Wikis can be
  used as individual websites, discussion groups, small and large group
  work collaborations, individual private spaces, peer reviews with fee
 dback, group authoring, data collection, conventional presentations on
 line ... the list can be endless! But publication also comes with a re
 sponsibility ... how well do your students appreciate that responsibil
 ity? How effective is your Acceptable Use Policy in regard to blogs an
 d wikis and is it realistic?\n\n- Explore and reflect critically on th
 e use of blogs, wikis and nings in the classroom\n- Learn-by-doing thr
 ough creating a blog and a wiki\n- Think about joining or creating you
