DESCRIPTION:Relationships between Education, Training, Information and
  Communication Technologies (ICT) are increasing accelerating, sometim

 dologies and synergies. Accordingly the main purpose of ICT-Learn 2010
  conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners from bo
 th areas, in order to support the bridging process between education/t
 raining and ICT communities.\n\nHuman & Technology Development Foundat
 ion invites authors to submit their original and unpublished works, in
 novations, ideas based on analogical thinking, problems that require s
 olutions, position papers, case studies, etc., in the fields of Educat
 ion/Training and Information/Communication Technologies. ICT researche
 rs are invited to present their research results. Practitioners and co
 nsultants are invited to present case study papers and innovative solu
 tions. Corporations are invited to present education/training informat
 ion systems and software based solutions. Teachers and University prof
 essors are invited to present case studies, information systems develo
 ped for specific purpose, and innovative ideas and designs. Educationa
 l scientists and technologists are invited to present research or posi
 tion papers on the impact and the future possibilities of ICT in educa
 tional systems and training processes and methodologies. Manager of ed
 ucational organizations and training consultants are invited to presen
 t problems that might be solved by means of ICT, or solutions that mig
 ht be improved by different approaches and design in ICT.\n\nAll are i
 nvited to organize panel or invited sessions. Panel sessions with pane
 list coming from both: ICT researchers/practitioners and teachers/prof
 essors.\n\nThe Organizing Committee invites academic, scientific and p
 rofessional organizations to sponsor ICT-Learn2008 by means of:\n\n*\n
 \nPromoting the conference in their organization and/or their geograph
