I've been involved in promoting technology in education for longer than I care to remember. In 1997, I was instrumental in developing a first network of teachers and classes brought together by telecollaborative projects in Québec. Since then, my interest and belief in communication technologies has never wavered. In 2007, I will participate in a second wave of telecollaborative development, as we will use Web 2.0 tools in a province-wide initiative to build a learning community for teachers that will help them connect their students with other students and to the world.
Thanks for the invite and comments on my students bubbl.us work. Taking the time to stop and listen to what kids are saying as they learn is so important to me. This is where I can really gauge what is going on and use that information to support my next moves.
