I also teach 10th Grade World History (although where I teach, 10th grade is WH2: 1500-present) and I am very interested in how this project goes for you. I'm trying to use more 2.0 resources in my classroom this year, but struggle with planning time and ideas when I need them. (As well as a fear of losing "control"). So I'll be really curious to see how it works out!
By the way -- I was looking through your class website and I am very curious about your test grading policy. How do the retakes work out for you? I would love to do something like that but I can see it turning into a giant mess, especially since I see the students on an AB block schedule. Right now I just have them do test corrections, but I know that's not really doing what I want.
