Thank you for validating my some of my ideas. I really think that people should be commended for their attempts to move forward with technology and then evaluate best practices. I really experienced great leadership while I was a classroom teacher, and I believe this practice helped us each grow. Everyones' "A-HA" moment happens at different times, just as each of my children learned to walk at different times in their lives. It is the same for teachers accepting technology as an effective tool. Meet them where they are, take them the next step forward, and one day they will be running!
