No, he didn't take the cabin with him. I believe the novel was called Uncles Tom's Cabin because, tom and the others in the cabi for a while, and tom was sold and he had to take care of clarel's wife. Tom was later killed so eveyone else named the cabin uncle tom's cabin to remember him, and that's where the title came from.
I disagree, from my point of view Uncle Tom does take the cabin with him. Not physically but mentally. For example, when St. Clare bought Tom, Tom took the memories from his household. He read the Bible to himself and he also had meetings with himself. Like the ones he had back in Kentucky with young Master George. He spread the knowledge of love and religion to St. Clare and his love ones.
I agree with you because uncle Tom took his family experiences and everything he learned with him. He didn't actualy take the cabin with him.
When Uncle Tom left Kentucky and was sold off to another master, that is when I notice that Uncle Tom left the cabin. I had a diminutive question and I asked myself. How does the story get its title if Uncle Tom has left the cabin. As you read the story, you start to get the idea of how his presence has left a mark in the cabin.
Great analysis of him taking the cabin with him. I must agree that he took the cabin with him as he allowed his experiences from the Cabin to be the guiding lighting that helped him make differences in the lives of others.  The cabin was also an opportunity for Tom to grow spiritually and his spiritual growth followed him all the days of his life.  Good job ladies.
