Hello,

Kindergarten is indeed a really important part of a child's as well his parents life. It is this curriculum that later on helps in development of the child. A teacher's support can incredibly change the child's life. So try to find a good kindergarten school where your child can have an overall development

Howdy, fellow Kinder teachers. I don't know about you guys but I am glad that this year is over. But I am guessing like a lot of you, I am already to thinking about next year. I am wanting to find an electronic pen pal with another Kinder teacher somewhere in the US. I thought we could email weekly (shared writing and reading). I would also like to video conference once we establish our classrooms. You may message me here on Classroom or feel free to email me at meredyth_hale@allenisd.org. I hope that everyone enjoys the R&R time!

Hello Everyone,  I am crrently teaching an all day section of Kindergarten in Kansas.  This past year was my first year teaching Kindergarten, the previous two years I taught an at-risk preschool program.  I look foward to collaborating with fellow kindergarten teachers.  My school district has recently received some wonderful technology and I was wondering if any of you have some fun technology projects that you do with your KIndergarten students?

Hello everyone, I am currently teaching in northern Iraq - Erbil. I am working with 4 year old Kurdish children. It is fantastic and challenging at the same time. I started reading this thread and I am so interested in the exchange of ideas. This is our school website: http://www.bilkenterbil.com/default.asp?sayfa=anasayfa&yd=2

Looking forward to an enriching exchange!

I am currently a first grade teacher who today volunteered to teach a kinder/first grade combo next year. Am I crazy? The jury is out, but I thought this would be a good group to join since I have never taught kinder.

Hello Everyone,
I'm a librarian in upstate New York. Although I work with students K-4, I am interested in participating in a group that focuses on Kindergartners. As you said,"Kindergarten is in a different world". I look forward to learning/working with you all.

Hello All,
I work in four preschools in Florida.
I invite you to visit our website: www.educationfirstinc.com
We have children 1-5 years old. We are Reggio inspired and use Visible Thinking Approach from Project Zero - Hardvard.
What we are seeing in our children is just amazing!
I would love to learn from what you are doing too.
Early childhood is a crucial stage in life. I am looking forward to our collaborative work here!
