I thought you might enjoy this article on a school that got rid of math books and began developing a new curriculum.

Hi Shelly, just came across your blog. The paperless classroom is indeed a great idea!! Once the technology is available in all classrooms, there seems no excuse really. You may be interested in adding your blog to the International Edubloggers Directory. It would be a great thought provoking addition.

Hello Shelly from Melbourne, Australia where it has been 115.5F today.Welcome to Classroom 2.0. I agree with your pholosophy regarding teaching paperless and enjoyed your blog.I will certainly be providing the link to to my colleagues. I am a Primary Visual Arts teacher so I need to use paper for Art work but I am hopless at using a photocopier as I wouldn't have produced a worksheet in the 22 years I have taught Art.What concerned me as I sorted out bags papers I had brought home from school at the end of 2008 was the sheer amount of paper that the Administration had wasted on us as teachers. I think it could all have been said on a blog or wikispace but I was left with 3 full garbage bags.
I look forward to reading more of your posts. Cheers, Yvonne.
