Seeking Help With Web 2.0 Project

Over the past year I've been developing an inovative website where resort guests are video interviewed about their vacation experience. These Resort Reviews are a new concept as most other websites review in text and picture formats. Things seem to be going well so far. We have reviewed two vacation resorts and put them on the website at www.resortinterviews.com
Our main problem now is in getting traffic to the site. We also have Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Squidoo accounts and are making attempts in utilising these to get more traffic. However my understanding of how to make this all work is very limited. Budget is also limited but I'd be happy to pay someone a modest amout to help me get this all fuctioning well.
