Making it easier for your students to learn math well.
Research shows that the ONE thing that increases student understanding of math concepts is DISCOURSE. Simply put, they need to "talk it out." So when you teach a concept, have your students explain it to you or to a partner. Then you get to feel the joy of seeing more of your students succeed :)
