This video brings up an excellent point.  I am in particular reminded of university physics 2.  The professor was a smart guy and well meaning, just trying to keep up with times and get the students actively involved.  However, the man was completely overwhelmed by all the options, so he tried to use everything.  The course turned into an overstimulated confusion that did nothing to teach anyone but those of us that knew the material already.  Technology can make the learning process easier and much, much more effective.  But it's like a strong hot sauce, you must put it in sparingly and test it before adding more.
