The respectful and ethical minds bring to mind my basic character education. I feel that this is extremely important for students going into the workforce and world in general. I think students need to reflect on the question posed in the article: "what kind of a world would I like to live in". This goes back to the golden rule of "treat others as you would want to be treated". We teach character education, but do we really teach students how they should act and react in workplace or life situations. Students that master this particular skill would be an asset to the company and overall workforce, because they would eventually advance and leave good impressions of professionalism upon their employers, co-workers, and community.
