Need Help!!!! Send a Newbie to NECC Project

I am a firm believer in the power of my personal learning network (PLN). All of the things I have learned this year have come from educators around the globe who are part of my PLN in various Nings, Twitter, or other networking locations. I recently launched a project to test the power of this global community. The focus of this project is social studies teacher and edublogger, Richard Byrne.
