Meeting in Bulgaria
Host school: 101 Sredno obshtoobrazovatelno uchilishte "Bacho Kiro"
Date: 14-18th March 2011
Place: Sofia ( Bulgaria).
Project work:
- visiting the school.
- visiting the two religious buildings studied by the Bulgarian school.
- presentation of the leaflets or newspaper articles.
- presentation of the second religious building.
- planning the activities for 2010-2011.
Cultural visits:
Sightseeing tour around Sofia : visit to the Alexander Nevski cathedral-analyzed by the Bulgarian school), St Sofia church, St George Rotunda, Former Tsar`s Palace( home of the National Art Gallery), the Archaeological Museum.
Trip to Rila monastery (included on UNESCO`s World Heritage List) 100 km from Sofia.
Visit to the Boyana Church analyzed by the Bulgarian school (included on UNESCO`s World Heritage List), National History Museum, Dragalevski monastery.
