Around the World in 80 Schools

am so excited that my students in Room 2110 are going to participate in the collaborative Skype project headed by Silvia Tolisano, better known as Langwitches. For the next six months, students from around the world will videoconference with other students. This is a once in a lifetime chance for my students to make connections to their learning. They will have background knowledge and information about each school/country so that when the opportunity arises to Skype they will be able to do so with a foundation. I plan to put all of my lesson plans for the next six months involving this project on my Edublog. She still has slots available. Please go to her site to fill out the Google Form.
