A confession: I am still a newbie.

"I come from the Batman era, adding items to my utility belt while students today are the Borg from Star Trek, assimilating technology into their lives."

The following links are to blog entries about my experiences with technology in the classroom. If you go to just one link, please go to the last one... my current wiki... since that is where I would most appreciate feedback.

My first attempt at bringing technology into my class:

Sharing and Engaging: Web 2-point-0h-Yeah!

The blog rules I came up with:

Blog Rules - Just the basics, 4 rules based on Respect, Inclusion, ...

The challenges I had trying to get it going this year: (This post is also about the fact that students today are not necessarily the digital natives my quote above suggests.)

The digital native, the digital naive, and the digital divide.

And now my wiki: (Just getting things going now...)

WOW: Bringing Science Alive! (wiki)

...and that brings me back to the beginning. This is all new to me, and ANY feedback is appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave.
