I have google blog searches on sekolah bogor raya, national plus school and even my name, so every mention is brought to my attention. It's a great way to get very fine detail.

Start with reading blogs, get an RSS account and delicious, the start blogging and using a variety of the new technologies. I am in the process of introducing web 2.0 to my staff, and I am still learning new stuff myself every day. Good luck.
