- I've had the pleasure of working with children and helping them learn for 14 years. During that time I've been an child care teacher, a Content Mastery teacher's aide, and a 3rd Grade LEAP Certified Teaching Assistant. ("LEAP, an acronym for Leading Exceptional Academic Producers, is a self-contained program for the exceptionally gifted child.")
Currently, I'm a substitute teacher searching for a teaching position in an EC-5 classroom. I tutor PreK through 5th grade students in the areas of math, reading, science, social studies, and writing (in-person and online). I am also involved in children's ministry and am a Project Learning Tree facilitator.
