Renee,
Would love to skype but I don't know if the time zones will allow it. We skyped last year with schools on the east coast of America and the time difference meant that we were nearly ready to go home and they were just starting.
What kind of project had you in mind. We could do a story writing project. We are starting the year studying the solar system and we are going to look at natural disasters as part of our religion. We could also choose a novel and work on that.
What do you think

Thanks so much for the link to the Elem. Teachers Tech. Joined today and sent it out to all of my teachers.
Once again, many thanks.

Renee,
I'd love to do something with you. Had you anything specific in mind. We are on holidays until Sept 1st but we can discuss ideas in the meantime.

Hi Renee,
I think Kerpoof will allow saving in jpeg. Here is a link to my county tech page. I think you will find a lot of good stuff there, much of it FREE! (my favorite word) http://empowerstudents.wikispaces.com/TETC2009#Other%20Web%202.0%20Tools%20That%20We%20Love
