I'm a school psychologist, and I'm wondering what sort of web cam set up your daughter has at school. This is something that I think would be useful to medically fragile students.
With your interest in Video Conferencing and Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
