Hi Helena!

Hope you're enjoying the winter break. I was wondering if you, your educator contacts or students would be interested in participating in a nationwide Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. We'd really like to get more students involved from Arkansas!

You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Helena. Thanks for the note. If you're interested in taking some instructional technology courses, our ETEC program is now fully online and there might be some courses of interest to you. The Instructional Design course will be taught this Fall and the Computers in K12 will be taught in the Spring (I think). While some courses require the intro to ed tech course as a requirement, several do not and are frequently taken by students outside of the ETEC program as electives. You can check out a preview of some of these courses by visiting our Blackboard website (go to the "Courses" tab and etec under the catalog).

I am from Ghana and I'm just here to learn, contribute as well as link up with like-minded people who will be willing to share their experiences as well as help in spreading the concept of distance learning and adult education to Africa, whic lags behind as far as education is concerned. hope to find a friend in you.
