Hello Heike. I am a general music teacher in Memphis, TN, and new to Classroom 2.0. I found your page while browsing the members area and wanted to invite you to participate in an online classroom/cultural exchange - perhaps the educators you work with at Lancelot School would be interested in this idea. I am working on opportunities for my students to communicate with other students around the world, sharing their work and developing a global relationship (for lack of a better term). Please let me know if you would like to try this. It has proven to be a successful way for my students to develop their communication skills and strengthen their appreciation for other cultures - nationally and internationally. I have a Voicethread posted on my page if you want to have a look - this would be an easy way for our students to communicate. You can also check out my students' projects on our music web page at http://web.me.com/knrgreene/RMSMusicMediaNetwork/Welcome.html. Hope to hear from you!

Hi, nice to meet you. Sadly, the speakers for the conference were already selected, but you can still participate in the forums and listening to the webconfereces.

Thanks for your interest.
