- I am a concert violinist, author, motivational speaker, lifelong cardiac patient and spokesperson for the American Heart Association.
I offer a presentation called Snack Attack.
Students learn how to make heart-healthy snacks. Snacks can be made with no stove top or oven and can be prepared in 15 minutes or less.
Students learn correct portion size and caloric limits to daily snacks.
Students will learn what a stroke is and why it is so important to eat heart-healthy foods.
