I am trying to "motivate" more staff in my building to venture into the world of blogs, nings, wikis, personal learning networks, etc. and I've been somewhat successful with providing links to resources for elementary edcuation and literacy education, as those are my areas of expertise. I really want this to be set up "right" by the time I have to introduce this to staff. As a new user of nings, wikis and blogs, I am trying to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time.
