- Hi,
I'm Altan. There's a couple of things I'd like to say 'about me'. I love the arts, music is a big ticket for me.
Passing time:
I am currently exploring airbrush and somehow have manifested a childhood interest in the cosmos by peeping through a newly acquired reflector telescope... wonderful new perceptions of the moon and other celestial objects.
Family is most important and life/work balance is always in my sights. I enjoy teaching as my main vocation. I am interested in graphic communication education as a means of articulating understandings and expressionism through visual media. Additionally, I am exploring manageable cyber-safety in the student centred classroom context using Web 2.0 social networking apps. My current position is a grade 5 primary school teacher and Numeracy Leader.
As for leisure; I love to free dive (skin dive) and scuba, swim, cycle, some golf and bush walks. I enjoy camping and over-seas travel (when I can scrape up enough dough). I love my computer and the array of wonderful devices out there in digi-land.
